Earthy Organic Beads

These beads take me back to my lampworking roots when I made organic style beads all the time. Organic beads have a much more free-form approach when it comes to design. Instead of being very precise with placement of each element you allow the colors, special reactions and flow of glass to dictate your next move. This style of lampworking is so much fun to do because there are lots of unique surprises throughout the creative process. 😀

Flowers, Scrolls and Hearts – Lampwork Beads

Introducing several new designs! Dimensional beads, scrolls, encased florals and hearts 😀

Lampwork Beads with Antique Scrolls

The older I get the more I appreciate and am drawn to older things. They remind me of an era gone by and seem to hold so much more value than something brand new since they are already well used.

With this new scroll design, I have tried to recreate that antique feel and old-fashioned look of yesteryear. I look forward to incorporating this pattern into many more of my beads! 🙂

Ringing in the New Year

I am cleaning house to make room for 2012 beads by offering this set of Odd Lot Focals on eBay!

This set includes five medium sized 1″ lentil focals, one 1 1/4″ sized large lentil focal, and one of my large round ‘Pier’ style bead focals.

Winter & Holiday Lampwork Beads

I am fully in holiday mode! Usually it takes a while for me to get in the spirit of the season (probably from living in SoCal where we can be in the mid-80’s in December). But this year, for some reason, I’ve really gotten into the holidays early. 😀

This week’s beads reflect that wintery and festive mood –
